delivery
We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days from receipt of your order, subject to availability. Due to the significant number of items that have gone missing in the Royal Mail, wherever possible (i.e. if the product is being posted from the UK) we now send most items special delivery, requiring a signature on delivery. For this reason, you may prefer to have the item delivered to an office or work address.
On occasion, we may need to dispatch a product from our warehouse in France. We will usually dispatch the same day and use 'Priority' post, but it may take a little longer (usually 4-7 days) to reach you.
If you particularly need an item in a hurry, for a birthday or gift, please do tell us in the 'delivery instructions box' and we will do our very best to get it to you on time.
We deliver Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. In the event that an item is out of stock we will advise you of the expected delivery date. A delivery charge of £4.50 applies to all UK mainland orders. For orders to North America, Europe and the rest of the world, a flat rate delivery charge of £6 applies.
recycled packaging policy
Preserving the beauty of the environment is also important to us. It is therefore our policy to use recycled Jiffy bags wherever possible. Please state if you would prefer otherwise or if the item is a gift purchase - in which case, we will of course, use virgin packaging!
gift wrapping service
A gift wrapping service is available for an additional charge of £2.95. We will wrap your present beautifully and include a gift tag with your own message.
satisfaction guarantee
At atelierdebeauté.com, we pride ourselves on stocking products of outstanding quality. We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If however, you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased please inform atelierdebeauté within seven days of receiving your order. We are happy to make a refund or exchange, providing the products are unused. However, the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable. In the event that your goods are faulty or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund in full including postage, upon receipt of the damaged item.
to return an item
Please e-mail elodie @ atelierdebeaute . com, notifying us of the reason for the return. In the case of a damaged or defective product, please provide a full description of the fault. We will then tell you where to return the product.
